Where is my order? When your collar ships we'll email you the tracking number and a link to follow it.
How to check it
- Sign in to your Grabadito account with the email you used to order. You'll get a sign-in code, no password needed.
- Open your order to see its status (in preparation, engraved, shipped or delivered) and the carrier's tracking link.
- You can also use the link in your order confirmation email.
Timing
- Engraving and preparation: 3 to 7 business days.
- Shipping: a further 7 to 15 business days.
- If you ordered a kit, the collar and the tracker may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
