2. Prices. Prices for Spain include VAT. For other countries, any taxes and the shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Purchase. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. You can review and correct your details before paying.
4. Personalization. You are responsible for the text you ask us to engrave, including spelling. We do not engrave offensive text.
5. Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.
6. Shipping. As set out in this website's shipping policy.
7. Returns and warranty. Personalized products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty items and engraving errors are replaced or refunded as set out in the returns policy.
8. Trackers. The trackers work through Apple's Find My network or Google's Find My Device network and depend on phones being nearby. They are not GPS devices and do not guarantee that your pet can be located at all times.
