Personalized products: collars engraved with your pet's name are made to order for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Please double-check the name before confirming your order.
Non-personalized products: items without engraving can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email jatsu232@gmail.com with your order number; return shipping is at your cost and we refund the full amount within 14 days.
Defects and engraving errors: if your order arrives broken, faulty, with a tracker that doesn't work or with a different name from the one you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge or refund you.
